Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Kaitlyn is a graduate from Big Walnut High School and Otterbein University. She received a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Marketing.
Kaitlyn’s career started with Guzzo and Garner Custom Builders. As an interior design specialist she has spent over four years customizing her client’s visions through new builds and remodels. Ronald A. Guzzo
Ron has lived in the Columbus area his entire life. He graduated from St. Francis De Sales High School and The Ohio State University. He is a respected Realtor who is very active in New Albany community and surrounding areas.
He has the unique distinction of being not just a registered builder New Albany Community Development Department, but the first registered builder!
Ron has over 30 years of experience in the luxury, custom home building industry, and is well-known and highly respected in New Albany. In 1993, he built his first custom home in New Albany.
He also served on the New Albany Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and Long Range Planning Committee, which is the group that headed the planning of Market Street redevelopment. In addition, Ron was also appointed to the Columbus Property Review Board.
